Please call or text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

Late Arrivals / Pick Up:

Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment without any notice, we may not be able to perform your scheduled grooming services and you may need to reschedule your appointment.
We will call or text you as soon as your Pooch is finished. We ask that you please pick up your pooch in a timely manner. An additional fee will be added if you do not arrive in a timely manner. (this is due to being a cage free environment and via appointment only) Late pick up fees vary.

Considerations:

In order to keep a sanitary work environment we ask that you walk your dog to relieve themselves prior to your appointment. A CLEAN UP FEE OF $5 MAY APPLY IF IT IS A REPETITIVE PROBLEM.

Aggressive Behavior and Bite Policy:

If your pet displays aggressive behavior towards the grooming process/groomer, we will make all attempts to finish grooming your pet as safely as possible. A $10 fee will be added to your bill. If your pooch continues to display aggressive behavior and if the groomer is unable to complete your appointment, you may be charged a partial fee for the amount of time spent attempting to groom them. The safety of your dog and our Pooches N Smooches staff is OUR MAIN PRIORITY.

Same Day Appointments:

Same day appointments are not guaranteed – but if I can squeeze you in please note that an additional $25 fee will apply. I work based on appointments only to keep a “cage free environment” and for the well being and safety of your pooch.
